Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Deck'd Out is a skateboarding game. The player can team up with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The TNMT are out skating at night, but the Footbots won’t let them have a night off. Tiger Claw, Shredder, and Kraang Prime are also prowling around New York City. Skate from Chinatown to the Lower East Side to defeat all the bad guys.

The player can choose which turtle to skate with, Leo, Donnie, Raph, or Mikey. The player can skate up or down to avoid the Footbots and other enemies. The turtles can perform radical stunts by jumping over the ramps. By collecting power-ups and weapons, the turtles can defeat the final boss in each set of levels.
